Sales Benefit Two Major Charities
Many High-Grade CGC’d Comic Books!
Jerry Weist will mount a large comic book and comic art auction on eBay on November 8th of this month. Included in this auction will be over 100 CGC’d Silver Age comics that grade from 9.2 to 9.8 (about seven of them the highest-graded issues to ever appear on the market), from Marvel and DC superhero to Bronze Age Berni Wrightson and Neal Adams horror and SF and superhero covers. There will also be specific early Golden Age CGC’d titles form the Estate Collection of Lloyd Jacquet (the man whose workshop created Marvel Comics #1 for Timely) among these listings.
This auction also included large runs of DC and Marvel Silver Age comics that are in mixed grades, some in the higher grades, for Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor, Fantastic Four, Green Lantern, and many other titles.
This auction will also include more artwork from a seasoned collector who saved Golden Age Fawcett pages, Silver Age romance stories, Marvel and DC superhero pages — and a wide range of 1950s artwork as well as Dell and Gold Key Disney covers.
Rare fanzines, science fiction scarce paperbacks, Edgar Rice Burroughs material, Vaughn Bode collectibles — and other surprises await the collectors this time around.
You can contact Jerry Weist at jerryweist@comcast.net, or you can search for “jerry weist seller” or “CGC 9.8, 9.6, 9.4 books with white pages” to find this auction.
