From the 22nd through the 24th, CGC is excited to be set up again at WonderCon, held at the Moscone Center South, San Francisco, CA. This is our first West Coast convention each year and we always look forward to attending because it's always a great show! This year's guest list features Brian Wood (DMZ), Terry Moore (Strangers in Paradise), Mike Choi (Witchblade), Terry Dodson (Wonder Woman), Jim Lee (All-Star Batman), and many more! You can connect with other CGC submitters who are attending or make arrangements with a witness for Signature Series by checking our Chat Boards here and here. To make arrangements for Signature Series during the convention, please stop by our booth for details. We will be accepting submissions all weekend.
March
CGC will return to Orlando on March 7th - 9th for MegaCon 2008. The special guest of honor for this event is Joe Quesada, Marvel's Editor-In-Chief. Other featured guests include John Romita Jr. (Amazing Spider-Man), Jimmy Palmiotti (Painkiller Jane), Greg Horn (Elektra, Emma Frost), and Herb Trimpe (Incredible Hulk). CGC will be accepting submissions all weekend and several Signature Series witnesses will be available. You can stop by the booth during the show to make arrangements for Signature Series at this show. If you cannot attend, you can contact our witnesses on our Chat Boards here. This convention is a hometown favorite for the CGC team and we look forward to seeing you there!
Also in March, CGC returns to Wizard World Los Angeles. Held from March 14th - 16th in the Los Angeles Convention Center, this is one of CGC's popular West Coast stops. In the past, this has been a great convention and it just keeps getting bigger and better! This year, Wizard has really outdone themselves with an all-star lineup of guests including Seth Green, Summer Glau, Jeph Loeb (Ultimates 3), Michael Turner (Aspen Comics), Mike Kunkel (Herobear and the Kid), and Ethan Van Sciver (Green Lantern). We will be offering on-site grading for our Modern Tier, as well as accepting all regular submissions at this show. You can fill out the on-site submission form online using this secure link. We will also be accepting requests for Signature Series at this show.
