CGC-Certified Mile High Flash Comics #2-24 in Current Heritage Auction

The unbroken Mile High run of Flash Comics #2-24, all CGC-certified, is among the highlights of Heritage’s August 7-8 auction, already open for bidding at www.HA.com.

One of the issues (#12) was graded 9.8, five received a 9.6 nod, and nine were certified 9.4. None was graded lower than VF 8.0.

"The Mile Highs from the later part of the run were offered in our last sale, with 26 comics selling for a total of over $270,000," said Lon Allen, director of sales for Heritage. “So it will be interesting to see how feverish the bidding gets for these even earlier and more desirable issues."

Highlights include the first-ever Hawkman cover (#2), the second Flash cover (#6), and early cover art by Sheldon Moldoff.
