CGC will return to Orlando on February 27-28 and March 1 for MegaCon 2009. The special guest of honor for this event is George Perez (New Teen Titans, Avengers, Fantastic Four). Other featured guests include Chris Claremont (Uncanny X-Men), Jimmy Palmiotti (Jonah Hex, Back to Brooklyn), Mike Perkins (Stephen King's The Stand) and Adam Hughes (Wonder Woman, Tomb Raider). CGC will be accepting submissions all weekend and several Signature Series witnesses will be available. You can stop by the booth during the show to make arrangements for Signature Series at this show, or if you cannot attend you can contact our witnesses on our Chat Boards. This convention is a hometown favorite for the CGC team and we look forward to seeing you there!
Also on the 27th through March 1 CGC will be set up at WonderCon, held at the Moscone Center South, in San Francisco, California. This is our first west coast convention every year and we always look forward to attending! This year’s guest list features Brian Azzarello (100 Bullets, The Joker), Jim Lee (All-Star Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder), Sergio Aragones (Groo, Mad), James Robinson (Superman, Starman), Stan Sakai (Usagi Yojimbo) and many more! You can connect with other CGC submitters who are attending or make arrangements with a witness for Signature Series by checking our Chat Boards. To make arrangements for Signature Series during the convention, please stop by our booth for details. We will be accepting submissions all weekend.
April
CGC returns to Emerald City ComiCon this April 4 and 5, held at the Washington State Trade and Convention Center. Featured guests at this event include Mike Mignola (Hellboy, The Amazing Screw-On Head), Mark Waid (Brave and the Bold, Kingdom Come), Steve Niles (30 Days of Night, Wake the Dead), Adam Hughes (Wonder Woman, Catwoman), and Ed Brubaker (Captain America, Incognito), as well as many more! Come by the CGC booth during the show to drop off your submissions or to make arrangements for Signature Series. If you can’t make the show, arrangements can be made in advance with one of our Authorized Witnesses through our Chat Boards.
