Impressive Highlights Within ComicLink February Featured Auction
Auction Ends February 16th thru February 19th starting at 7:30 EST
The ComicLink Featured Focused Auction contains many great comic books and original comic artwork. Aside from the items pictured and mentioned above, there are many other highlights, key issues, and pedigrees in the auction. This first Featured Auction of the new year has over 2,000 lots. That means there truly will be something for everyone among the many Gold / Silver / Bronze Age comic book and Original Comic Art lots to choose from. We strongly recommend that you review all auction listings early considering the wealth of material within. We try, and fail, to list enough of the highlights here! We are not blowing smoke when we say that there are sooooo many highlights within this Featured Auction that it is impossible to come close to itemizing them all without reproducing the entire auction! As we try to compile a list for this page, we are completely overwhelmed by this fact. The ones pictured and described just touch the surface of what is being offered. You must scroll through the auction details in order to comprehend the extent of the exceptional offerings our consignors are presenting to you this time around. Otherwise, you will miss some prime acquisition opportunities.
Comic book highlights below are segregated according to the time periods within which
they were published (Silver and Bronze Age first, then Golden Age), and then we
point out some outstanding original art highlights as well. This is an
extremely well rounded auction. It includes major, early Silver Age Marvels
such as Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 9.0

(and 9.2), Hulk #1 CGC 9.0 (and 8.0)
& Fantastic Four #12 CGC 9.4.

Silver and early Bronze Age keys in CGC 9.8 such as Avengers #57, Captain America

conditions, with some being 1 of 3 or less ever certified 9.8, such as Amazing Spider-Man #17, 38, 43, 47, 53,
78, 86 and 102. There are rarely (if ever) seen examples of other early Silver
Age Marvels such as Tales of Suspense

Spider-Man & Fantastic Four
#11s in CGC 9.4 and Star Trek #1 CGC
9.6. The Rocky Mountain Strange Tales
and Tales of Suspense runs are
incredible! Keys like ASM 1 in 8.5, Avengers 1 8.5, Tales of Suspense #39 9.0 (& many other grades) grace this
auction. Also offered is the finest selection if ultra high-grade Flash comics we have ever offered, and
some extremely impressive Action, Green Lantern, Detective, Batman and JLA issues! There is our best offering
of Timelys yet, rare, early Golden Age DCs, high-grade Golden Age DC's, and our
best selection of classic covers from the Golden Age World War II period. There
is original art by the likes of Steve Ditko (Dr. Strange, Eerie, and a
strange self portrait) and Jack Kirby (a huge and awesome Cap pin-up, Cap’s debut on the splash of issue #100, and a Silver
Surfer themed FF page), and there are
many other original art highlights from great artists to choose from. Whatever
your comic collecting specialty, we encourage you to branch out a little bit in
what you look at — look around, have fun, and we guarantee that you will
