A consignment of ultra-high-grade Silver Age Marvels, including a killer group of early Fantastic Four issues, has been obtained by Pedigree Comics for their upcoming Grand Auction.
This fabulous online event is scheduled to begin in just a few days on the night of Sunday, January 8th, 2012, and last for ten days until the night of Wednesday, January 18th. The auction will have a few hundred choice high-grade CGC-certified Marvels and DC comics from the Silver and Bronze Ages, including a new original owner collection of a noted comic book industry inker out of New York State (see article in this eNewsletter). The sooner you consign your books the more exposure and press they will receive. Pedigree aggressively promotes and advertizes each Grand Auction on many online sites and trade publications. They also send periodic newsletters to all of their over 18,000 customers announcing the individual auction items. There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and most of the books will have no reserve. Every book is CGC-graded and the minimum bid is only $100. You can view over 100 books in the Auction Preview right now at www.PedigreeComics.com. The consignment consists of many fabulous Silver Age Marvel comics, over 40 in total, with the highlight being the early high grade Fantastic Four issues. Here is the list:
