4. Complete the shipping information. This is the address CGC will return your books to.
5. Choose your method of return shipping.
6. Fill in the Quantity, the Date-Month/Year of the COMIC BOOK, Publisher, Title, Issue Number, Certification, Pedigree.Variant, and the Fair Market Value. If you are unsure about this information, check the Indicia. Don’t forget to total the value of your books.
7. Complete the information to total your submission.
8. This section must be completed fully and signed for credit card payment.
9. The section must be signed to process your submission.
