I can't use the forum so I am addressing this question here.

I recently received back a my third round of submissions. Green Lantern Corps 201 says it is not valid for registration, because it is the wrong book. This is the issue that is the first appearance of Kilowog and it also was the first issue from the originally 1960's Green Lantern series that changed its name, with this same issue, to Green Lantern Corps. I know I have the right set so what is going on?
