What if these two guys went at it?

Ok so I was playing Batman: Arkam city last night on my PS3 with my son and a thought ran through my mind as to which D.C Villain would match up well in a fight with a marvel villain of similar abilities and two characters came to mind that pose similar traits and those two would be ClayFace (D.C) & Sandman (marvel). I have put together my own winner already but I would like to get an outside tally from other members and see how it tallies up by this Monday. So cast your vote ASAP!
