anyone else notice the subtle but significant change?

went online today to see what ship date they were on and I noticed that there is now a new column in the services and fees section titled "Current Turnaround" right next to the "Estimated Turnaround" for each tier. Boy oh boy oh boy. Who comes up with these things?

So you can estimate that your economy tier will be done in 40 days, but actually it'll take 100 days... at least they're being honest, right?

you know, I like that they are at least trying to put as much notice about the turnaround time on the web as possible, but what they really need is a column that reads "Grading Books Received As Of" column... then you could replace both the current and estimate columns with one much simplier and more accurate.

I no longer believe its an issue of just additional graders. This to me is a sign of something more problemattic. CGC it may be time to rethink your tier structure itself on top of adding staffing in order to meet your consumer base's demands.
