The person who has stolen my photo has cropped and slightly angled my photo so it now sits straight, also notice the location of the camera flash at the top and bottom of the CGC case, they are identical. If you compare this photo in the ebay auction with others in my Ultimate Spider-man CGC set listed under Ultimate Spider-man fanboy you will see that they match.
