Going Crazy! GPA, CPG, Histories no help

Can't seem to find a correct appraisal of a CGC 9.8 and a 9.6 for Amazing Spider-Man #300

I have checked previous auction histories, as well as the GPA, Comic Price Guide (CPG), and other resources and still can't seem to nail down a price. All the data I see continually changes, as does the market.

 

I am slowly amassing my own set of HG Slabbed ASM, and Uncanny X-men. I should be receiving a total of 7 CGC graded books from my latest submissions over the next couple weeks. I am going crazy with anticipation...

In other words, I Can't Wait!!
