Where did NTT 4 and 5 go? Can anyone find graded 9.6 or better copies of these for sale?

I'm beginning to think there are few if any New Teen Titans (1980) number 4 and 5 that are out there in 9.6 or better. The census lists only a handful as being certified and none of them ever come up for sale on eBay. I've watched ebay like a hawk for three years now and two number 5s in 9.6 or better have come up for sale and only 1 number 4 in 9.6. The elusive 9.8s to my knowledge have not been up or sale. I always heard 4 and 5 were hard to find , but this is more challenging that I thought.
