This thread will be about my journey to the million dollar comic and the struggles, failures and successes that come with it since many boardies requested it I will not longer post my transactions but try what revat said :). I also have a bunch of inspirational people two of them being Walt Disney and Steve Jobs because I want to be the next rags to riches story not to the degree of Steve Jobs or Walt Disney but I want to make a million dollars buying and selling a comic and making enough money with this venture to never again say I can't afford something :)

Thoughts and plans

Sell my comics

Sell IH 180 CGC 5.0

Milestones I want to reach

Get my first four figure sale

This advice has been given a million times and he left this thread before with the CGC boards transition.   That doesn't mean the advice is any less true.  But he came back from his hiatus last time with a maxed out credit card and 'questionable' 'girlfriend'.  I vote for mental/psychological help first.

I am very much aware. I wanted to give the advice in very clear and concise terms.

This journal is the most successful thing he's ever done. Perhaps he should find a way to profit from his story? hm

:roflmao: with all the craziness of your last few posts and comments about the catfishing you think this is what we really want to know about?

Nice to see you allegedly making a bit of a profit though...

There is nothing alleged about it. I made those sales. As for my other comments and posts they'll be answered later.

I have seen people work harder to not work, putting more energy in it, than an actual job would take.  Sad.

Each of your comments are nothing but negativity, can't you at least be happy that I'm turning things around on this end? As for everything else, whether you believe it or not is being worked on.

Well, it's usually from Kijiji and thrift shops and where I sell them I use letgo, ebay, kijiji, and recently I've started testing out the FB marketplace.

I would hazard the alleged comment is based on your past reveals - you sometimes forget t include all of your expenses.

Were any of these purchases on your credit card? -  that is an example of an expense that you may not be missed - weather you recognize it or not.

What did you put on the credit card?

any of your comic buys?

any of you own gaming expenses? (in game purchases)

anything directly related to the girlfriend?

Well, I don't see how it should even be asked when I stated all fees have been paid before writing down the profits. None of these purchases are on the credit card.

Based on past interactions and statements, you money management and business plan  along with profit/loss calculations have not been accurate.  This is why you get questions like this.

So since you did not answer the other questions - now do we assume.........

other comic buys were put on the card?

gaming expenses were put on the card?

you spent or sent money related to your GF on the card?

and a new and really scary one - did you by any cryptocurrency with the card?

-- so what is on the card????  If your debt load is as bad as you claim, you must have been piling up multiple charges....

If you used the card to pay living expenses so you could use cash for those other things --- then the card is still "financing" your  extravagances even if you have not directly used it for that purpose....

$159 in profit between purchase price and sale price, what's your estimated time invested in in searching Kijiji and the thrift shops and then the listings/sales and shipping?

There were three months while I was working for myself that no one was buying things or if they did it wasn't close to enough to pay my rent and other expenses so I used the card
