This thread will be about my journey to the million dollar comic and the struggles, failures and successes that come with it since many boardies requested it I will not longer post my transactions but try what revat said :). I also have a bunch of inspirational people two of them being Walt Disney and Steve Jobs because I want to be the next rags to riches story not to the degree of Steve Jobs or Walt Disney but I want to make a million dollars buying and selling a comic and making enough money with this venture to never again say I can't afford something :)

Thoughts and plans

Correction - used to.  Swamptastic earned the death penalty from the mods.

You’re back!  I hope you’re doing well

I hope he's doing boring.

8hrs a day sweeping floors, or painting walls, or digging ditches, 1hr per day at the gym, rest of the time doing junior college/vocational school slowly learning a trade (plumbing, electrician, A/C repair, carpentry, hair styling), weekly therapy, slowly paying off debts.  Buy a few comics a month for pleasure, no girls, limited video games, no investments of any kind.

Ok. If it had been you I would have gave you my thanks. It sold about 2 months ago so I'm happy with that. I just recently went to ask if it sold.

 Current debt:crypto ratio?

Like I said I have no idea how much I spent on crypto. I do know that I sold all but around $10 worth

So let me make sure I understand this — you were head over heels for crypto currencies but have no idea how much you spent on them and subsequently no idea how much you made or lost when cashing out.  Sad to see that you’re still horrid at financial management.

Did you pay anything toward your outstanding debt at least?

Yup yup, that's correct. As for my debts I paid off three of them but still have four more debts to go.

I know that CURRENTLY its hard for the government to monitor, but you do know that legally you are required to report and pay taxes on any profit you made from crypto right?  So you had ZERO problem collecting public assistance from the Canadian government, but you couldn't do the bare minimum (and track like what 20 or less transactions) to ensure you are paying your due to the government?  And the fact that you don't know how you put into crypto means YOU NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ANY TAXES ON THE PROFIT YOU MADE to the Canadian government.

Do better, pay what you owe.  And I have no idea if the marriage is real or virtual, or something else entirely, but please don't have any kids, real or otherwise.

Ummm....I just kinda got here but I guess it's ok to give advice or whatever because the journal idea here is that you're making your private life public and for requested input?

Ok, so the idea of learning a trade is the ticket. Find a tradesmen in your area and offer to carry his tools for free to learn. Show up early. If you're not 1/2 hour early, you're late. Do the work no one else wants to do.

If you do this for six months your life will become radically different.

There is no get rich. There is just hard work. Unless you're born into wealth. And it seems you're not.

When you shut your mouth and just do instead of running your mouth, your life will become radically different.

And that means respect. You'll get that now.

And that means money. And you'll get that now.

And that means babes (please do not get the babes pregnant at this time, if ever. Use birth control) and comics.

Trust me. Please.
