I also have a bunch of inspirational people two of them being Walt Disney and Steve Jobs because I want to be the next rags to riches story not to the degree of Steve Jobs or Walt Disney but I want to make a million dollars buying and selling a comic and making enough money with this venture to never again say I can't afford something :)

This is all easy to say when you've never met, and you're just sitting behind a keyboard where everything can be rehearsed and thought out.  Life is funny, maybe this fairy tale you've built up will actually work out.  But don't be shocked if reality takes you on a soul crushing roller coaster ride instead.

You're right it's easier said than done but I'm very excited to see them. If things go south I will admit that I was wrong but I don't see that happening at all. If anything should go wrong I will work it out while I'm there with them.

No we aren't officially married that's true. But she refers to me as her husband and I her as my wife. No I haven't met her yet as I need to update my ID and passport.

Dude enjoy the honeymoon phase - the best part of any marraige is always the part before you've actually met. Congrats

No jokes aside here, but this story has proven to be compelling for a number of reasons, most of which involve facepalming from the public at large.

BUT (without getting your hopes up too much), if the OP COULD find someway to video tape the entirety of this 'meetup' situation a la MTV's Catfish tv show and/or make into some type of reality show or documentary, this could have potential.

This of course, would require the OP with  to be ok with POTENTIALLY having heartbreak and embarrassment on a somewhat public scale.  But I DO think for whatever else the OP lacks, he has an unrelenting (if unfounded) optimism in himself, which often makes for compelling tv/social media.

If you can find a way to monetize or possibly film yourself and your story, with video diaries or whatever taking yourself through the whole process and hold on to your sincere beliefs, this might be an opportunity for something more.  Or it might be just something cool to show your grandkids one day, who knows.  But you've stated you've had interest in entertainment in the past, maybe this is something fairly productive you can throw your time into, but it will require reading of books and studying of camerawork and possibly writing out dialogues for yourself and setting up shots, and patience, and risk, and heart.  Those instagramers put a TON of work into trying to make it look like everything isn't overproduced.

I'm mean it'd be better and smarter if you got a steady job, but this beats playing video games all day and losing money on bitcoin.

Also regarding my previous posts about taxes:  I assumed that if you didn't make enough on crypto to have to pay taxes on the profits, it probably wouldn't make sense to pay an accountant to do your taxes on the crypto, though a part of me is happy you realized a shortcoming and didn't do the taxes yourself.  But on the other hand, I just can't imagine having no steady income, not making enough to owe taxes, receiving government assistance, AND NOT KNOWING HOW MUCH YOU INVESTED IN CRYPTO, or HOW MUCH YOU MADE AFTER SELLING ALL OF IT, or at least a reasonable range.

Boom!   There's your 15 minutes and, potentially, some income, Gabe.

I'm not into doing stuff like that. Making my own little series or talking this up with the "Catfish" show. I said that I would take some pictures if she's ok with it and show it to you guys as proof that they both exist, aren't guys, and look as they say they do.

My taxes isn't something I would want to do myself because I'm afraid of messing up.

I've been with her for over a year now so shouldn't that part be over? Or is it because I have yet to meet her it's still the honeymoon phase? In any case, that's why I'm asking her if I'm doing anything she doesn't like. It will be a test for sure when I visit for one to two weeks but it will be interesting.

Just curious about Sam's sister. You seem just as interested in meeting her sister. Is she "Plan B" if Sam doesn't work out?

If Sam doesn't work out her sister would be plan B. I'm interested in meeting them both to see if they're not guys and look as they say they do. This will also be the first pair of sisters that actually both like me instead of one liking me but the other not. I've already spoken with Sam and her sister about all this.

Oh boy, I was really only kidding about the Plan B thing. That sounds like you are asking for trouble. What if they both like you? Or what if they both turn out to be dudes? (not that there is anything wrong with that)
