Will Teen Titans be the next big On-Screen team?

I bought 5 more NTT books this week, including 4 9.8 copies, and happened across an article about the new Teen Titans movie in the works. As I read about how various studios had various rights to different characters I quickly came to the conclusion that a Teen Titans movie may NEVER be made. What was reassuring was that the characters of Raven, Cyborg and Starfire seemed to be safe in the context of being available for the movie. Now I know there are those who cring at the thought of anything related to the animated cartoon "Teen Titans", but I believe there is great potential for a really good movie somewhere in there. I remember back to that time in the early 80s. NTT was hugely popular and somewhere out there are a large number of NTT fans patiently waiting for their turn in the movie spotlight. It couldn't come soon enough for me, but in the meantime, I certainly plan to buy up as many NTTs as I can find, and enjoy the wonderful collecting experience.

May the future bring us a decently made, enjoyable Teen Titans movie!
