    Very nice book to have. i have a similar raw one too. I looks like as is around 9.0. with a press could get up there. Agree with the above statement it doesnt look like it needs to be cleaned

    i would go 6.5-7.0 cant tell if that is a tear on the top edge

    the 5 3 would have no effect on the grade looks like a date stamp. the pics are blurry making it hard to see any defects but going on the pic the front top right corner looks rounded or blunt and same with the bottom corner right. that being said i would hazzrd a guess about 8.0.
