    The book would definitely benefit from a press and cleaning in my opinion. The "chip" at the top of the book is consistent with the bindery wraps when they bundled the books for shipping. This chip appears on your other copy as well. These two books were likely at the top or bottom of the bundle. I have this book at 9.2 as well. Like the other book I think a clean and press will get a grade bump to 9.4 and possibly 9.6 but no higher in my opinion. Very nice copies!

    I might be wrong, but I think that might just be the way the light is reflecting off the bend in the paper as it is held beneath the staple. I'm at 4.0 for this book

    I'll weigh in! I don't see the 1/2" crease you are referring to. It may be an issue with the way the image appears on your screen. I see only one small spine tic non-colour breaking LRHS, slight blunted corners or bindery tears of the spine top and bottom and the small crease on the bottom LCBC (appears to be slight colour breaking). I had the book at 9.6 but what I thought was dirt or smudges on the front cover below the UPC code knocked it down a grade for me to 9.4. I know this caught the eye of some other board members as well. I think the book presents beautifully.
