  1. But didn’t you say it’s the best page of the book ? If it’s the best page and the market is what it is, then it doesn’t matter if it is the missing page or not. Unless you don’t care for the book at all, then it is of course not worth getting the last page.
  2. Here is my wall, sorry floor with all my NFT art, hope you like it.
  3. Hi, I just added this Daredevil Cover - Man without Fear 1 - to my CAF. The cover was also a Stan Lee tribute cover. Please make sure you check out the 2 extra pieces that go with this cover. All together it is three full size 11 x 17 pieces and I think it looks awesome and is fun !! https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1749631
  4. Hard to make out but it looks like it’s signed. Bottom right side and from what I see it really looks to be Dell Otto, but if you get a closer look at that signature you have your answer. Most likely a ASM variant cover.
  5. Maybe totally silly asking this, but is there a first appearance of „snikt“ ? What book ?
  6. Fantastic exhibition and you have to tip your head to the folks that put exhibitions like this together. Great work.
  7. Come on, Spider-Ham 3 is legendary 😂 and the existence of the Original Cover artwork is known and coincidentally in my collection: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1400661
  8. Here a commission by Sienkiewicz, that plays homage to Moon Knight 23 : https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1582903
  9. Here is a play on Daredevil 181. Most folks looking at this probably think it is a commission or spoof piece, but this cover was actually published as a variant : https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1445394
  10. Oh I love this thread - I am a sucker for things like that: here are two pieces that both play homage to Amazing Spider-Man Cover 238 by Romita Jr. https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1457073 https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1652151
  11. They will all be at the LA comic show, but where does it state that they will do a dealmakers episode?
  12. Main reason for me to figure this out is that I have a similar piece, which is dated 1992. And as of now I am lost with my own piece as well.
  13. I only have the Spirit archives which include the early stuff, and then I have the kitchen sink books, or at least some, but they are 80s. So I am lost.
  14. I can’t seem to get an answer anywhere I ask, so I will try again here. Maybe I have more luck. the Eisner piece sold for close to 2k so I wonder even more where it was used.
  15. Interesting topic. Once for example Heritage auctioned the items off, how is the process afterwards? Are they taking their 15% out and send you a check? How is the tax (income) dealt with?
  16. Will try this route, but maybe someone else any idea or access to books to check ? heritage references a certain book but I can’t identify it.
  17. Hi, curious if anyone can identify this Spirit piece by Will Eisner that is currently up for auction on HA. https://comics.ha.com/itm/original-comic-art/illustrations/will-eisner-spirit-book-3-spot-illustration-original-art-c-1970s-/a/7242-95126.s?ic2=mytracked-lotspage-lotlinks-12202013&tab=MyTrackedLots-101116 In which book was this published? Thanks in advance.
  18. I hear you about chat boards often getting way too personal, in this instance however it is strictly informative and I have to applaud everyone that is bringing up cases of altered art and transparency is key in our hobby.
