  1. As to my previous journal, I had sent 16 comics to be graded, which were also signed at the NY Comicon on feb. when I received them, I was so exited that they were finally here, opened the box and the first thing I saw was a 7.5 which I was very disappointed. there was also some 8.0,8.5,9.0,9.4,9.6,9.8. what I should have done was take pictures of every corner possible, or any visible mishap. When I was going through my collection I checked the comics thoroughly. but I have no evidence that some of my comics had bent corners, or anything else. I will be posting pictures of the graded comics with some comments on them. once I receive the notes from CGC for the errors that were found on my comics starting with the 7.5.
  2. As to my previous journal entry, I was very skeptical submitting my comics at the NY Comicon. Finally I spoke with customer service, and all of my 16 comics are in their system, with all signatures. I don't know if anyone has felt this way the first time submitting comics, but I felt relieved when she told me they received them and being verified. Also I should be receiving them around April. Can't wait
  3. I attended the NY Comic Con at the Jacob Javitz Center on 2/7/09. I did some research about CGC graded comics and also on the signature series. so I went through all of my comics and selected 16 to get them sign and graded at the show.I read up on how to submit my comics and to have a form ready for the person at the show. I was very skeptical on how everything works with getting my comics sign by the artist. When I got to the show I went to the CGC booth. the guy told me that he will try and get them all signed but might not get all of them, and of course the fee for each signature. once again I thought to myself, leave my prize possessions with a total stranger and trust him to get things done. I hesitated but I left them with him. he advised me to call him the next day to find out if all the signatures were done. I have called him left messages, text and nothing as of yet. I called CGC and they still have not input all comics into the system, so I don't know if they even have my comics. so still I have no answers regarding my books.
