  1. Found several in a very poorly organized shop a few years ago along with Wildcats 2 newsstand and some other wacky like that. I know they're worth very little but I buy em every time I see em out of compulsion.
  2. Your mileage my vary but I've never had someone try to make a return based on a given grade on Ebay. I've sold a decent amount over the years, too. Not giving a grade to me is lazy and/or done by people who aren't confident in their grading. That's fine, but unless you're grading is terrible, you shouldn't be getting *lots* of headaches.
  3. That's beautiful. I usually dislike it when he outlines his figures but having the outline subtly being off the lines and only around the hips is a great look, especially with the hands NOT having it. Great piece.
  4. Only been to one shop since that starting hitting and nothin'. Did get a nice Batman 656. High numbered Detectives never show up around here. I'll be lucky to find one.
  5. Yup, like spreading misinformation, and... um... er... pumping worthless drek? I seem to be missing the greatness. Opinions are worthless unless they are informed and rational. There should be lots of resistance to garbage spewed under the guise of being an "opinion." On the other hand, the same holds true for "accepted facts" that have been pervasive in the hobby for years (often due to the increasingly irrelevant OPG), but are actually not true. There is no "back cover variant" for Star Trek 1 (to use a recently discussed example), no matter how many OPG editions or CGC labels featured that "information." Some people have difficulty accepting changes to their long-held beliefs, regardless of the obviousness of the truth. See Hulk 180, X-Factor 23 and a host of others.... Malibu Sun #13 is doing pretty well right now
  6. Or it's someone dressed how they want to dress and that has nothing to do with who they are or what they do. Dude could be any number of things (including a "thug" or whatever code word we're using now) just like someone dressed like a crusty could be any number of things besides a tramp or an oogle. You literally have NO idea. You're really telling people that's never happened? Dude, sarcasm. Phew. You never know on these boards.
  7. Sell NM+ moderns and buy high grade SA and BA!

  9. And of course the obvious physical signs like twirling their waxed mustaches or ringing their hands while thinking of their next plot.
  10. Good score. There's a few sleepers in that pile that'll surprise you for how much they go for.
