  1. Marvel Mystery 52 my father bought me when I was 16 years old out of an old record/book shop in Carrboro, NC. The coolness and complexity of that Schomburg bondage cover blew my mind and I was hooked for life on GA......
  2. Love it! Interior ain't too shabby either.
  3. Love this weird Hitler/killer clown cover.
  4. What a cool book. 24 and 33 get a lot of the love but 43 is right up there.
  5. 24 and 33 get a lot of love but this is my favorite in the run.
  6. Make sure you don't just click on the picture of the book, but on the "Zoom Front Cover" over it. Then click it again. Picture you see now should be clear and super-sized.
  7. If I remember correctly, in the early 90s Marvel 1 was top dog (per Overstreet) for a brief period.
  8. Crazy price. Hopefully the buyer loves this book and is not looking at it as an investment.
  9. Thanks for the info. Tec 24 is one of my favorites and is tough in any shape.
  10. Yep. Very strong price. Seems like the "buy in" just keeps going up and up on Punch 12. The Ebay copy that sold for $9300 (allegedly) looks like it has weak paper and a nasty 3 inch or so spine split in addition to that long taped tear. Maybe a 1.8/2?
  11. Yep. Not a big fan of it. Hoping it will grow on me.....
  12. Very nice! I actually have a #14 (1st Ray) with a 15 cents cover price.
  13. Mostly likely "B", but it all depends what that grail is. Quite a few non-pin up back covers are generic.
