  1. Interesting thread. I only want to add that I've known Ankur for the better part of 15 years and have had many good comic book transactions with him. No concerns here.
  2. Ben - the copy you just won on Comiclink was on ebay about a month and a half ago. I spoke with the guy who listed it and he said he found it in a box of magazines. I let him know that he would get all kinds of offers to end the auction early and sell to someone. Somehow Comiclink managed to talk him into ending his auction on ebay and consigning to their auction. And Gator is right. The NA 26 isn't as rare as was once believed.
  3. I love this pic. Looks like the book are in great shape. Over his right shoulder, you can see New York World's Fair 1940. His collection goes back quite a few years. He's holding Famous Funnies #17 from December 1935. This kid could very well still be alive. Based on the photo, he'd be 75-76 years old. I don't know if anyone else noticed, but that kid has fingers like E.T.
  4. Kudos to Trey Cannon. He purchased my ASM 2 and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Brian
  5. I've owned 2 coverless copies in the past 10 years, so there are copies floating around. Good luck!
  6. I'm looking for a coverless copy of Adventure Comics 48. Thanks, Brian
  7. For a very brief time about a month ago Metropolis had the Church run of Speed 1-11. Did you buy these from that run when it was up on their site? Any others?
  8. I still have to proof the Spokane Collection section. I hope they don't issue the book before I do.

  16. I don't have them, so best of luck.
  17. I bid that book hard, and was the underbidder. I was surprised it went for that kind of dough.
