  1. I thought I would share this with you guys .... Aaron Campbell's original art to issue #1, page 8 of Green Hornet: Year One written by Matt Wagner ... just picked this up from Aaron He rolled it and I still have to flatten it back out so that's why the shape looks a little wonky
  2. I've re-listed my signed Crow book and lowered the price if anyone was still thinking about this .... thanks guys http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160411399497
  3. Awesome stuff guys. I love The Tick. I was one of the few that actually picked up issue #1 off the shelf back in the day. I've never seen the #2 without the diecut. That is keen! I have all the early issues through #12 include the 2 special editions. I should bring them to CGC at San Diego Comic Con this year and get them slabbed I got this last summer from a dude here on the boards and then ran into Ben Edlund at the San Diego Comic Con and got him to sign it ....
  4. No, that's keyword spamming - which isn't allowed on ebay. It's no different than all the who sell PGX books and put "not CGC" in the title. And you know what? That really annoys me when people do that ... so I have removed the sideshow reference Yes, I'm a huge Crow fan. The item is mine. I'm only selling because we have a new baby and I'm trying to raise some cash for a new home down payment. Plus I have the Crow press kit signed by the same people so I figured I would let this one go. Thanks for looking, it really is a nice item Quick question... who's signature is that on the right side above Robert Zuckerman? Cool about the Press Kit, the same 8 sigs on that one too? Pretty cool. That is Michael Masse's signature. Unfortunately my paint pen wasn't working that well and so it didn't come out the greatest. Kind of a bummer, but since he was nice enough to sign it and since he had never signed a Crow item before, I couldn't exactly say to him "I'm going to go to the store and get a new pen, can you sign it again?" ... oh well, it is what it is. Yeah, the same 8 .... this photo is 1 signature outdated, I have since got Ernie Hudson to sign it. It's more dramatic I think so this is the one I decided to keep, though Massee's signature is even a little worse on this one.

  6. I see what you're saying, but I think it's fine. I know why it's there. Nowhere does it say it's signed by Brandon Lee. You can easily look at the photo and see there is no Brandon Lee signature as well. No one is going to be fooled, even a casual fan. I purposely put a dash in the title to separate it. I also have a crow statue for sale and I put the words "not Sideshow" to get sideshow toys keyword searches as well. It's not deceptive, it's just good advertising Your example above has commas separating and it to me it flows more as a sentence, implying it's signed by Ditko. Personally I think with a dash it reads differently, but that's just me ...
  7. Why because you think it makes it sound like Brandon Lee signed it?? Well obviously he didn't since the movie book came out after he died. I don't think it's deceptive at all. It's just a "keyword" for searches, nothing more, nothing less.
  8. I thought this might interest some of you diehard Crow fans http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160404242807&_rdc=1
  9. Here's some cool, exciting, new news regarding The Crow from James O'Barr's site ... January 16, 2010 The Big News James has wanted to release The Crow: Author's Edition since 1998. It will contain at least 60 pages of new material that no one has ever seen. Half of that are pages that had to be removed for space reasons. James describes the additions as including more romance flashback scenes between Eric and Shelly, as well as sequences which will make the work more visually interesting Pocket Books currently owns publication rights to the book, and they have postponed the Author's Edition until their sales of the current graphic novel drop below 25,000 copies per year. They contacted James last month and told him it was time. James is now going back and editing in all the original pages. Some of them had been given as gifts to friends or sold, so some pages James is having to redraw from scratch. This is also giving him the chance to redraw some other things he was never really satisfied with in the original books. Don't worry, this isn't the case of some George Lucas ruining the originals!! This is stuff that was really supposed to be in the originals. You're going to love it! I'll let everybody know when it's getting close to publishing time on here, so be sure to watch this page! The minute I have an exact release date, I'll be letting you know! Sidenote: James is a bit overwhelmed right now working on this, so it'll be a while before he can accept any new commission work. ~Michael

  12. He must be in some serious hurt financially to let so many of these high priced items go ... I wonder what happened? Not to mention the car and I want that Norman Saunders! http://shop.ebay.com/preduction/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=
