Are you looking for a CGC copy or a raw copy? What condition are you looking for and what are you paying?

  4. I have every issue of Walking Dead (regular issue and first print) in CGC 9.8 blue universal condition. I also have raw multiples of every issue from #110 - #175 (every copy is a 9.6/9.8 candidate). I also have about 25 raw copies between issues #30 and #100 in NM-, NM, and NM+ condition. If you are interested please let me know what you are paying for each issue.

  8. Folks, I'm paying 100% of current 90 day GPA for Amazing Spider Man #194 and #238 . I'm looking for CGC 9.8 blue universal copies and they must have a good wrap. If this sounds good please send me a scan of the front and back cover. If we make a deal I will pay via pay pal within 24 hours. For those of you who don't have GPA here is what I'm paying: #194 $1,077 shipped. #238 $600 shipped. I purchased #238 and #361 from a member. I will put #194 on hold until a later date.

    +1. Great post.

Lighten up Francis. I'm merely making a statement of fact regarding how the sellers forum has changed. Of course people have the right to charge whatever they want. The point is the sellers forum was once a great place to buy comics.

You are 100% correct. I was discussing this with a couple of my buddies last week. Back in the day a new member would rarely be selling comics in the first 6 months. Another thing that has changed is years ago you would rarely see a seller asking for prices that are over GPA (unless the comic was rare or super hot). Since the seller was saving on EBAY fees they would usually price their items under GPA but this has completely changed. Most of the items I see for sale are well above GPA and even after 2-3 price cuts they are still over GPA. Most of the items I see like this rarely sell compared to years ago when most of what was put up for sale actually sold.
  14. When will/will the WALKING DEAD bubble burst?

I apologize I did not mean to quote your comments. I thought I was adding to the discussion. Again I'm sorry.
  15. When will/will the WALKING DEAD bubble burst?

Wow how predictable. The only people I ever hear complaining about this show is comic collectors. The show is still popular with everybody I know. I work at the Federal building in Orange County and there are over 100 people that watch the show every week. I have not heard any complaints from 1 person. Most of the members here have been complaining about the show and comic for years and 5 years from now when the show is starting season 13 and the comic is approaching issue 250 I'm sure it will be the same. I can not understand why so many comic book collectors are so against this show/comic. The Walking Dead has brought thousands of people into our hobby. It has done so much for our hobby and therefore you would think most comic collectors would hope it would go on forever instead of year after year predicting its doom.
