    You got your money back just buy them somewhere else.This a waste of time. I asked how one would handle it..NOT place him on Probation... what is there to handle? you received a full refund and he is out books.

    xmen 1 is a great book.... but, if you bought at a fair price, and you sold at a fair price, it is not a mistake, it is passing on a great book to another collector... there are plenty of xmen 1s out there...easy to replace, just make sure you find a fair deal and you will be unmistaked (thumbs u correct, if you go to a convention there are many for sale.
