  1. Hey Jon, No water rippling at all. In hand there are no ripples at all and the only defects on the bc are the small dent top right of bc and a tiny chip on bottom left of bc.
  2. The front cover scan is still in the mylar. I know that's not ideal for grading, but the book is in storage and I'm just posting a scan at the time of purchase (several years ago).
  3. Thanks in advance. Fixed BC scan now.
  4. What would make perfect sense would be for CGC to buy Voldermart. Not only reduce whatever competition they may be, but for the better case technology.
  5. Didn't know there was a club for this one.
  6. I remember bidding on this book when it came to market on Comiclink. I thought I put in a wildly high bid of $1650.00. If I remember correctly it sold for 2k, which was close to double the FMV for a non pedigree. In hindsight, that 2k spent by someone turned out to be a great buy.
  7. I had an X-men 94 in 9.2 that had light foxing. I didn't buy the notes at the time of purchase. Only after I bought the book, I looked up the notes to discover the foxing. I held the book for 6 months and sold it. Now, ever time I purchase a slab, I make sure to get the notes. Foxing and rust are 2 things I avoid.
  8. I listened to Maiden a lot back in the 80's. I, to this day, listen to their earlier work and love it. The last CD I bought was Somewhere in Time. Nothing since. This song came up in my feed and I was floored by it. It's 7 or 8 years old and to me is a wonderful journey. The story behind this song is haunting and deeply emotional. I typically don't get emotional listening to music, but this one is so well done and powerful. It must be the piano and orchestra.
  9. I also bought one of the Spidey 7's that Aaron generously donated to Thomas Drew's family fundraiser thread. Excellent communication, great packaging and fast shipping. Highly recommend. Thanks again.
  10. I'd wait for another copy. If I had to pick, I'd pick copy A. The wrap on B is unacceptable.
  11. Was reminiscing last night to college years. Dokken wasn't my favorite band, but this song had some decent vocals and Lynch could shred.
  12. This book is notorious for never having a great wrap. Your beauty is about the best I've seen and I've been looking for over a decade.
  13. Sweet copy, congrats to buyer and seller.
  14. This cover reminds me of the song, Crash Course in Brain Surgery by Metallica.
  15. You have great eyes. It is a NCB dent, which could be eliminated with a press. It is not a crease.
