  2. Action Comics #904 regular and variant pair asking $4 + shipping Regular cover (top image) is about VF (a press would help it) while the variant is VF/NM or slightly better.
  3. Ms. Marvel #1 NM-/NM -- asking $4 + shipping Y the Last Man #6 NM -- asking $5 + shipping
  4. Amazing Spider-man #30/471 (1st Morlun) NM -- asking $9 + shipping I keep waiting for this book to pop. Tales of the Teen Titans Annual #3 NM- -- asking $7 + shipping Nice copy, second Nightwing and finale of Judas Contract storyline.
  5. Just did get this one in hand this week. Lower grade than I'd like, but I can always upgrade later if I have an opportunity to.
  6. In the past three days I've won three books that I've been on the lookout for for some time. Once I get them in hand I will very happily post them! Out of curiosity, did anyone here get the TOS #11 CGC 8.5 on eBay a couple of days ago? I followed the auction but it got too rich for me at the end. Great book for whomever got it.
  7. Green Lantern #1 (2005) Alex Ross variant NM -- asking $6 + shipping Incredible Hulk #377 2nd print NM -- asking $6 + shipping
  8. I'd also be interested in an American Gods if you can get more.
  9. That's killer. It's the book at the top of my want list.
  10. The initial post and title had been edited in November, 2016 so it was only a couple months old when the board changed over. While I know that edits don't always reset the clock for a year, I'd been able to keep tacking onto this and other event threads by doing this. It's the same with the event thread for OAFCON.
  11. Yeah, I used to do similar math when I had a CC that paid cash back. But I was never able to justify making 1% while paying 3% extra. Plenty of times saving that 3% has paid for my shipping costs.
  12. Pay with a check and you won't pay the 3% buyer's fee.
  13. I haven't had the time nor desire to go back and survey the final hammer prices for the bulk of the ASMs, but from the few I looked at I would agree with you. The pedigree books were super (sometimes stupidly) strong, but that rising tide seemed to lift all the boats in that part of the auction. Could be that the attention from the new pedigree brought bidders in on the other high grade books as well. Any way you slice it it was a great auction to be a seller of ASMs.
  14. The new pedigree certainly brought some attention to those ASM offerings. I was eyeing the 8.5 #27 and #44, thinking that those may stay reasonable because they weren't nosebleed grades, but they shot above my comfort zone well before bidding ended.
  15. I think that had a lot more to do with the new pedigree than anything else. Some of those ped books were 25% (or more) over other copies in similar grades, and that was even before the auctions ended. I haven't logged back in to see where some of those books ended up. I was eyeing the #27 and #44 and both of those were well above what those books should have commanded in those grades, and they were lowly VF range copies.
  16. @Architecht I would like to edit the thread title to reflect the announced dates (Nov 10-12, 2017). Will the ability to edit titles get turned back on?
  17. Spider-Woman #37 Mark Jeweler variant F -- asking $3 + shipping Solid enough copy with light general wear, some foxing to back cover. Pics are enormous because I apparently ran out of upload space and had to add them via URL. Thanks new boards!
  18. Avengers #171 Mark Jeweler variant VF -- asking $5 + shipping Really sharp copy except for a very light half inch crease in the lower right corner of the front cover.
  19. It's steep, but I was actually worried it would be higher than that. I'm just wondering how the autograph times will be run. I'm not interested in the $500 package as I'd just like to get a poster signed.
  20. 4) the pleasure of attending a good con and enjoying yourself for the day/weekend. I'm happy to pay a little more not only for reducing my risk but also to support good dealers doing good shows.
  21. X-Men #158 VF++ -- asking $7 + shipping Nice book, great spine, but wear to top and bottom corners of spine.
  22. Two and a half years?! I'd agree it was time for a bump.
