  1. I get it, because he's a (totemistic) vampire. I'm pretty sure you didn't mean to be funny, but I couldn't resist. For the record, I loved the first story with Morlun. --Tom
  2. Great Spideys! (Still need an annual 1...) --Tom
  3. I agree with you. On both counts. Also still need a nice copy of issue #28. Oh well, Tom
  4. Really nice collection of Daredevils, pmpknface! --Tom
  5. I bought it off eBay -- I would grade it at VF+/8.5. I need just seven more issues of ASM -- 1, 3, 4, 8, 11, 18, 28. My goal is to get that down to 3-4 by the end of the year. Feels great, Tom
  6. I need just nine more issues -- #1 being one of them. I check this thread and wait patiently to become a member... Is there a club for ASM #2? --Tom
  7. The only one I need to have all four sketch variants from 638-641. Grumble boo hiss. --Tom
  8. Great seller; great communication; great packaging; prompt mailer. I bought a ASM #2 from him. (Big bucks, for me at least...) And everything happened just like it was supposed to. Nice! --Tom P.S. I even got 2 bonus books!
  9. What's the GPA for kidneys on eBay? I need just 11 more issues of Amazing Spider-Man for a full run. I could live with one kidney, and I would be a few more issues closer to my goal. --Tom
  10. Bought a Spidey slab from George. Packed well. Everything went perfectly. --Tom
  11. Um, seller with 0 feedback. No thanks! --Tom
  12. Very nice! Good to see one of your Spideys! I mostly get to see your burgeoning collection of LB Cole covers over at the CBR boards. (I'm killerbass over on those boards...) Fellow Spidey collector, Tom McKenna
  13. One of the 11 issues that I still need... Nice pickup! --Tom
  14. That 9.2 Spidey #87 is awesome. Of course it helps that #87 is one of my favorite covers of all time. --Tom
