Anyone know if there's a chance CGC is putting him up for a day before or after MegaCon in Sarasota since he's set to appear in Orlando?

I wonder how many there are still outstanding to do. I know I have three still in the mix. Any idea?

I looked on the Celebrity Authentics site just yesterday wondering the same thing. Not sure if it has taken place yet. It was scheduled for December at one point. Their website still states that shipping will take place in Q1 2024 so it should be soon!

I can only hope the three blanks I sent this time come back looking like those examples. I got in on the first one and it listed "no blanks" and I have a great Longshot remark on a Longshot #1 and a nice Emma on an X-Men Gold. When I saw this one didn't have that same stipulation, I had to take a shot. I'll wait.

@CGC Mike I appreciate the updates. I had reached out to customer service on this via email just three days ago and crickets. Should have realized there was a thread for it. Sounds like my three might be in that collection to be done as well.

Same boat as the rest of you. Bulk order with subs shipped in April, received 5/28/21, and G/E/I for a while now. They took payment about a week ago now and appears to have charged at the correct rate.

So PSA offers a dual grading tier for cards that you pull from packs that are autographed. I think Beckett offers something similar as an add on. Will there be something similar for the sports cards once they get off the ground? I started pulling a lot of cards out last night, trying to compare pricing between companies and see what the best deal is. Honestly, it is all over the place and seems like it takes forever. Looking forward to seeing what CGC can offer!

LOL, nice. The red AP boxes were supposed to be limited to 1,000 and the Chromium cover unsigned. Also supposedly there were some sketches inserted on the sketch covers but I don't know anyone that pulled one. That's a great get though. Enjoy it!

Pretty sure that's it. Although, they did say that there were some sketches drawn on a very few of the blank variants and I've always wondered if your chances were better in finding one of those in a red box. Also, I think it was 1,000 especially after seeing the AP is four digits.

I think that's my point. The assumption is that these are all lower grade examples, but in reality there are a lot of 9.8s possibly getting over looked.

The first book is in the session 3 CGC Graded Late bronze, Copper, and Modern Age Comic Books. The one below it with the same grade is in the "assorted Comics and other Memorabilia" section. I get that they make agreements with people that they won't have books compete with each other and drive the price down, but this kind of thing makes it seem like if you don't buy that first one there isn't another one available at all. LOTS of 9.8 and other high grade CGC books in that section and it feels like they are ignored just because of the session 4 title. Any thoughts?

He's just saying that the green stripe at the top is because at least one signature wasn't witnessed by a CGC witness. Otherwise, this would have been a completely yellow label. Still a sweet book, congrats!

Yep, sitting at received since 11/19/19....

This is going to be a hard one for me. I've felt very unfocused lately and other than a few nice original art pieces this year, I really haven't gone after anything specific per say. I think if anything 2020 will be a year of cataloging what I have, sending off books to slab, selling off approximately half of what I send off to have slabbed, and pick up one or two nice pieces of original art along the way.
