  1. He was a Golden Age collector. But, he was into Silver Age at that time also. He and Bill Dubay, Rudi Franke put out a fanzine also .Yancy street.

  3. There was speculating going on in the early 1960's. I recall Bob Beerbohm talking about purchasing multiples of Hawkman #1 , Daredevil #1, etc. back then. There was a big time collector named Barry Bauman I think bought a lot of books thru a distributor. Mitch Mendy would know, he knew Barry. Maybe you can get Mitch to chime in. Hey Mitch, are you out there?

  6. My favorite cover of the silver age -Showcase #34 1st Atom. I have 2 copies one slabbed , one to read. Not scanned though. Does anyone have a high grade one to post?
  7. Green Lantern # 5 seems to be scarce. WW2 cover. It does turn up but not often. Did anyone ever see the Church copy? Was there a Church copy?

  13. She will surely be missed. Rip Marie. She could do it all. Pencil, ink. and color. Loved her work in Not Brand Echh! Her version of the Hulk was great also. Subby, Kull, She also designed the Merry Marvel Marching Society Kits back in the 1960's etc. I could go on.
