  6. FWIW, for me, it's not so much buying a Spin & Marty meet Annette that makes me question sanity but having to buy FC 545 which is only a partial reprint of FC 92, especially since the new cover is not a selling point for the reprint - Earlier issue -
  7. Bob, you and I like the same stuff. I also collected the non-FC issues of Spin & Marty. Easy, short and fun run. Been thinking of you lately, I just picked up a complete set of the Lone Wolf & Cub trades and started a re-read.
  8. Was filing a few books this week and scanned this one - and its nice back cover - Thanks to the name associated with the back cover, I was able to quickly find the source for the drawing - and here larger - if you study the face of Ada-ki-yazzi, you'll see how well the artist captured the likeness. I thought from the text and dress that the person was from a previous generation but in the magazine, as they discuss the cover, it's clear that this is a contemporary photo (1950 / 1951) and the artist just cribbed and cobbled a few pieces of information from the magazine. Ada-ki-yazzi's day job was as caretaker for a Hollywood permanent movie set erected near Monument Valley.
