First and foremost I want to make this perfectly clear, I am not in any way excusing or condoning the actions he was accused of, but honest question - What would you consider the harshest punishment a person should receive for something that isn't considered a crime?

As someone who collects signature series books I have my fingers crossed that a unique label color is created to distinguish 'witnessed' v. 'verified' signatures. My concern with an entire label being yellow is that it would dilute the Signature Series 'brand'. There's a lot of 'power' in a trusted brand / process. Part of the the Signature Series 'brand' is the process and the label color. As suggested in this thread: Full orange labels for 'verified' signatures. Yellow labels with an orange stripe for witnessed + 'verified' signatures. (doing this would begin to eliminate the stigma of green labels, plus cause a wave of new submissions) Either way I foresee an influx of new submissions as statistically SS resells for more money versus of the other guys. So get ready for people buying cheap witnessed (and verified) slabs from the other guys and then cracking / pressing / submitting / grading with CGC.

Happy to see this resolution. The presumption regarding the post-its was exactly what I thought as well while reading your post. Good on Official Pix for saying that they will attempt to right this wrong.

I've posted this elsewhere in another delivery thread, but I have my packages delivered to a relative's house due to my travel / work schedule. (visit them once a month or so to pick up my various packages) If no one is home FedEx will usually attempt twice, but on the third time without fail they will sign my name.

It's always hard when it comes to movies about a perfect one. I can point to perfect casting / directing / scripts / scenes / etc...but to combine all of those into one piece of media...is...tough. 'There Will Be Blood' is usually my response.

I agree, but also know people will find a way. For example, in college I worked for a major toy store no longer in business. I collected comics / cards / toys and was active on eBay. I was able to get ALL the HTF hot toys before they hit the shelf with my discount. That was within our rules. *I* never sold any of the items as that was against the rules. What I did do was trade at my LCS or have my partner list the items using their eBay username. Largest ROI were Hot Wheels...and Tickle Me Elmos. Where there are low wage jobs with strict rules, there is someone 'following the rules' but to their fiscal benefit.
