    Nice room Thanks! Surprisingly, my wife did not put up any resistance to losing a guest room that was rarely used. In fact, it was too easy and now I wonder what her angle is? I guess I better go check out her Amazon wishlist and prepare myself.

    My 10x12 ft comic book and gaming space. I still have some published original art that I need to get framed and put up on the back wall. UV blocking film on the windows followed by blackout curtains and LED lights on the ceiling to keep my books safe. It's my happy place.

    I'm in! This is my first X-Men #1. I had it pegged as a 3.5 - 4.0 and paid near the 3.0 12 month GPA for it, but it is on it's way back to me as a 5.0 with white pages! I'm sure some of you are tired of seeing this book (PGM thread, recent additions thread, etc.), but I have to post it here. I'm crazy happy about this book.

    For a reason other than the fact I'm in Texas. I had to take nearly a 6 month hiatus from picking up any silver or golden age books for my collection as I needed to divert some funds to help out a family member who was in a tough spot. I limited myself for the past half year to only buying my modern reading material. Now that family is squared away I felt I needed to make up for my collecting downtime by picking up a few of the bigger books I've been itching to pick up or upgrade to. Mission Accomplished!     You've been getting some killer books in lately man. Congrats, looks great! Thanks man, it's been a little surreal checking some of these books off my list. Due to lack of space I decided to downsize my collecting hobbies. Sold off stuff I really wasn't in to anymore. I'm now using the funds to get some books that have been on my want list for years.
