  1. Glad you like it! There's going to be a black & white version with a print run of 500 as well. Here's all the shops that will have it. http://phantomvariant.com/blog/?page_id=7 Can we get a list here..... It seems, the page is down.....
  2. Hand pick me one. A "real" brick & mortar location that answers emails daily & is coherent to today's market. It can't just be a boob with a Diamond account being puppet ed by a boardie. I send solicitations weekly & lose patience. I only have 39 shops right now & want 50 Seriously. Find me an energetic willing retailer in Canada. They're in. Gotham Central Comics in Mississauga, Ontario. You'd be dealing with me. Send me an e-mail through their shop account larryscomicsinc@aol.com I'll hook you right up. NICE...... when is the release date on those??
  3. hmmm.... I wonder if any other "Fatal Attraction" would have this "blue hologram version"??? On another question : why didn't CGC just labelled it as a "printing error"?? I have a complete slabbed set (SS, I might add) and they really are a great set. It took me well over 5 years to have a complete set. All in all GREAT LOOKING BOOK... and If I may add "quite ballzy"
  4. For those issues not very much unless they are in mint condition and even then some of those are very common. are you selling any???
  5. Finished reading and here's what I think about the last page...... Or... maybe I'm just totally wrong
  6. Very nice. What a bargain. After I got my MOS 17 second printing, I briefly listed my 3rd and 4th printings of Superman #75 on eBay to try and recuperate. I also had borderline buyers remorse for Superman #75 4th printing. The morning after listing these books, I found that I couldn't part with them, these were my books after all, so I told myself not to panic and I removed the listing. After seeing these links, I decided to search out other 2-packs and bundles online. Seeing the condition there were in and how the comics were tightly pressed together made me appreciate my Superman #74 4th printing even more. Just a quick question: Superman 75 3rd and 4th...were they only available thru the 2-pack bundles?? or were they also available at the LCS??
  7. Dude, where have you been? It's been that hot for well over a year. Don't usually check Saga #1 on ebay.... been busy with kids lately (and by lately, I meant 7 yrs now) How many kids? 2 boys (7 and 4 yrs old) and they are a handful .... you can relate right Jeff?? 10,4 and 3 but I still have time to check Saga prices. Still trying to perfect multi-tasking
  8. This post means that he can't blame it on living in Canada. OUCH sorry, man. Just messing. no worries..... Canada has the coolest mayor right about now.....Mayor Ford...NOT

  13. Just did an e-bay check on Saga #1 (1st print) and it's close to $80 now..... and it still has a couple of days left.... it might even pass $100 mark....... my question is : WHY??? Why all of a sudden a big surge on this book?? Is it really THAT popular?? I remember seeing a couple of books in my LCS for $10 a piece.... and thinking that it WAY too expensive.....
  14. Yes He's had a few for sale. That price is a little high for my taste, but I like the colors. same here.... It has been going down in price for a couple of days now.... And this one on ebay with just 1 1/2 hr left, is still at the $20 mark..... I'll see it goes up in the next hr... SAGA 1 MEXICAN
  15. Thanks for the list....I've been collecting the death of superman....just when I thought I was done, I've found out that each ones has at least a second printing..... And the hunt continues.....
  16. Hang on.... GL 46... Is that the one that's a cross over with the Reign of Supermen? Does anybody has a scan of this
  17. So which is more rare...... newstand or the 5th prints of Mos 18???
  18. Those type of books are a scientific experiment to see how long it takes for 40-year-old-stereotypes to realize there's nothing on the pages inside. Once in a while, a 15-year-old accidentally opens a copy looking for more T&A, and notices the blank pages... but thankfully, they just think it's a draw-your-own sketchbook. But don't tell anyone... the scientists have an office pool going. Grimm Fairy Tales and Notti and Nyce are pretty much targeting the same demographic. don't forget BDI
  19. OK...moving on I don't have the time to read 23+ pages of comment about Agent of SHIELD. So I'll just post what I think about the show. I think it was an alright start. When we all saw the preview, alot of people (me included) thought that the dude that saves the lady from a burning building was actually Luke Cage. Even during watching the episode, I was hoping that his name would be Luke. I like it that I was wrong. I also like it when the story surprises you (well it did me) The story got a nice twist in the middle act..... Also Sky is hot... and she is defiantly hiding something.
  20. No worries man....the line between copper and modern comics tends to shift between person to person. If you're not getting them slab, I would recommend that you store them in one of those hard plastic. (CGC has a service of slabing books BUT not grading them) Again, awesome collection man....
