  1. Agreed, been to Paris a few times back when it was MUCH better than the sheethole it is today and even if I did go now, comics would be the last thing I’d be looking for
  2. Of course people should be cautious along with due diligence but Cantina201 (Flake Tapper?) started this thread and appears to be a victim of Mike Dechellis unless I’m missing something?
  3. I have a few different emails: 1. One for work 2. One for financial business 3. One for friend’s & family 4. One for legal My favorite is Vintage Dranzer at vintagebomics@gmail.com
  4. How does this CGC announcement make collectors aware who are not on these boards? Does CGC make announcements related to these failed/comprised CGC holders on social media platforms such as X, Facebook or Instagram? If so that’s good, if not then how can anyone think you are serious about informing collectors around the world? Has CGC warned unknowing collectors that CGC employees were stealing customer books & printing fake labels?
  5. Completely unacceptable for a man to have a wife & young kids yet spend his money on comics or collectibles but not on insurance to protect family. Burial insurance is cheap and a million dollar accidental death policy is only $25 monthly. I’m probably over insured but with a young wife & son, I want to make sure they never need anything or god forbid, to start a “go fund me” page when I croak because I was too shortsighted, ignorant & uncaring to make proper plans to protect them.
  6. Calm down Cleetus & put your panties back on
  7. The bankruptcy in 2012 was his failed computer business where he claimed his total cash at $50 and in the more recent bankruptcy in 2020 he claimed $1 in his bank account. In 8 years this greasy ginsel was able to amass a dynasty with a total value of $51 but was held in highest esteem among carnival barkers in the comic universe. I’m not certain about the official start of Hero Restoration but I think it was during his first bankruptcy or not long after.
  8. For individuals filing chapter 7, the typical waiting period is 8 years between bankruptcies. Slimebag DeChellis obviously perfected his timing as his first bankruptcy was March 2012 and then 8 years and 3 months later he files bankruptcy again in June 2020. Dechellis bankruptcy in 2020 was not a sudden decision, this was likely planned out for several years. I just feel terrible for the countless, innocent folks and good men that trusted this human dumpster fire who was positively promoted by CGC and several YouDumpers without knowing anything about this walking Ponzi Scheme. Too bad this thievery & chicanery occurred in Oregon where lawlessness is rampant, in most other states there would be serious criminal implications although Karma is right around the corner for Bernie Madolf of the comic world,
  9. Scumbag DeChellis was bankrupt in 2012 with his wife as co-debtor and then again in 2020. There’s a pattern of douchebaggery that was unfortunately unknown by many people sending this bamboozler their money while at same time he’s got one foot out the door of Hero Restoration. Bankruptcies are public information and available to any citizen. Here in the link below is the Hero Restoration filing from 2020 Hero Restoration Bankruptcy
  10. Nothing will change at CGC, it’s the same incompetent management who allowed fraudulent books to be sent in for reholder, held these fraudulent books in their hands and then sent back this bogus CGC product to the scammer to be sold to the unknowing CGC masses. They allowed CGC employee thugs to print fake labels for an unknown number of books to bilk CGC customers. CGC has preferential customers who send in books for a “reholder” wherein they just send in the book with a label without the cracked/broken case. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, CGC sends these natives back a freshly reholdered book. Try that yourself and see how that works out for ya. It’s the same CGC employees hired from Shoe Town to handle your books at minimum wage. The natives have to dump a few 100 CGC slabs a month, this chitshow is pinching their wallet and is why they pop in to read a few posts, throw a few rocks, then disappear back in CGC’s turd funnel.
  11. What awareness campaigns has CGC initiated? Other than a single post on these CGC forums, what else has CGC done to alert your customers of fraudulent activity such as your own CGC employees stealing customer books, printing fake labels, swappping books, etc. Then you have other scammers cracking slabs and swapping books that CGC held in their hand, reholdered and sent back to the scammer. if CGC is actually concerned about making YOUR customers AWARE, wouldn’t it be a good idea to post this entire scam on the CGC Facebook and X account? It doesn’t appear that CGC is “aggressively” trying to spread awareness to protect YOUR/CGC customers which seems will likely expose CGC to additional liability.
  12. You are making way too much sense, post like this are 100% accurate but upset the natives who will soon follow with confused emojis because they have no sensical response.
  13. CGC is going to get smoked in this case and I hope they get sued for malicious prosecution, sometimes pain is the only way to learn.
  14. Mike can you ask the CGC lawyer who typed this note a few a questions ? If the grading “professionals” at CGC could not detect a CGC case that had been tampered with, how is anyone else supposed to detect tampering? Isn’t CGC the most prominent grading company in the world? If CGC can’t detect tampering, how does CGC expect anyone else to recognize tampering? Why can’t CGC provide compensation to people who purchase comics in tampered cases? If CGC claims to have tamper resistant holders that have been compromised by tampering, shouldn’t the owner of the tamper proof holder be compensated for the tamper resistant holder that been exposed to tampering?
  15. BOOOM !!! I was thinking EXACTLY the same thing !!! The CGC guarantee is lower than whale chit at ocean bottom. I kinda feel sorry for CGC Mike because some Stuffed Shirt at CGC (Can’t Guarantee Chit) handed him this list of CGC hieroglyphics to post here to satisfy the natives and chromosome deficient slugs but those of us with with functional brains see the reality of CGC slapping lipstick on a pig.
  16. I’m thinking there may soon be a Motion for Severance submitted wherein ZANELLO will request a separate trial in which ZANELLO & RIVA will have separate trials.
  17. I think you’ve had other examples like this but yea I completely agree and it’s extremely perplexing as to the CGC methodology in this situation. If 2 books from a submission are on the list but a 3rd book from the same submission is not on the list, seems CGC is opening themselves up to additional liability, I can’t figure out this madness.
