  1. I loved issue #5. I'm curious tho, as to where issue #4 fits into the whole continuity of the first story arc, but again, I'm really happy with everything put out so far. Might be time to sniff around for some new OA pages in a few weeks :-)
  2. You should consider to get this copy graded JohnT. It looks really 6.0++. What does everyone think about this copy? (thumbs u Beautiful book... and avoids the miswrap plaque that so many of these issues have.
  3. A friend of mine was lucky enough to bust out Ivey in the Main Event a couple years ago. Unfortunately for my friend, he didn't last much longer as he was felted on Day 1 as well.
  4. How do you guys feel about the Russian dialogue in the book? Do you think it would have been better served having been translated or do you like that they left it as is? Art was super cool again, I thought.

  7. I bought it off eBay about a year ago. I'm going to be putting it back up on eBay Sunday. I have absolutely no clue as to what the desirability for this book will be, but I hope it is high :-)

  9. Except for the first picture (from our very own Bill Dinh), the rest are items I picked up at San Diego. The art bug is biting me good!
  10. which page # of issue 2? I don't have the page number handy, but it is the first time the lady appears in the book in drawn form. She is sitting at a booth in the background.
  11. I was able to snag some original art pages from the Chew crew also. I got the last page of issue #1 and the first appearance of the female food reporter from issue #2. Oh yeah, I got the sketchbook also! :-)

  13. We were, I didn't realize the cover had already been sold... I hope the pages from issue #1 that I spoke to Rob about are still around when I get to San Diego to meet him.

  15. I went after the cover to Chew #3, but somebody else got to it the day before I requested to purchase it.
  16. I really like the art. I think it goes with the story great.
