Hi guys, got a few items in the upcoming MCS weekly auction starting 2/18 .
There's an ASM #648 blank variant which has been signed, sketched and remarked on by Stan Lee. I had this done at the 2012 Oz Comic Con in Melbourne, Australia which was attended by him. A pretty cool piece and a rare sketch from the great man. No certificate included but he's done a few of these in the past which can be seen on google .

Hulk #181 with slight CT. A chance to pickup the hottest Bronze Age key right now at a reasonable price. There's a lot of non colour breaking creases on the cover which might have hurt the grading a bit and it's a great candidate for pressing. It was formerly graded by CGC as a 5.0 (R Slight) .

ASM #300 first appearance of venom. A nicely centred copy with pretty deep reds (doesn't show well in their scan). Picked this one up from the newsstand many years ago .

Hey all, just one book today. Spawn #1 Black and White Variant, signed by McFarlane. It's one of the copies that was randomly signed BEFORE release to the retailers. Gonna put the book at VF. Could be better and will press into the Near Mint range if that's your thing. Really beautiful copy with only subtle flaws. Don't think it's been opened too many times. Flat, with a very tight spine.

Hey all, just one book today. True Life Secrets #23 from 1954 featuring a classic sexy cover. Gonna put the book at FN/VF. Could be better. Really beautiful copy with only subtle flaws. Don't think it's been opened too many times. Sits flat and has a very tight spine.
There are some what look like scuff marks on the front cover in the word "Life", and also to the left of that in the black bar that reads "True Life Secrets". Along with the small amount of orange colour loss in the letter L of the word "Life", these are production-related and are found on every copy of the issue. CGC does not consider these issues defects, and they do not affect the grade apparently. Price is $250 shipped.

So just saw this sale that has opened my eyes to how much this book has risen in value recently. Makes me feel a little more proud of my childhood beater copy.
I really feel this book is going to continue to steadily move upwards in value for quite a while.
