How often do you find those with AF 15 + ASM 1 - current 810 (or whatever). I am curious how hard / rare etc it is to accomplish such a feat.

What does it mean for example a seller has put this in their title (see below) I have always wondered what it meant, could someone advise? "F9 121 cm clean"

I just thought it was odd that the supply was low on ebay since I last looked. I also don't think that it is an issue of people not wanting to sell because prices are dropping, if that were the case then a lot of books would not be listed in general. If someone wants to sell (is motivated) they will regardless of the supply in most cases. I was wondering myself if the low supply could indicate price increases or a building up of demand.

I was thinking that perhaps the supply was drying up? Could that be possible?

People are selling because of the high prices but I know for a fact this is a terrible time to sell books. People are getting into the holiday mode and they are not really buying things like comics. Prices will comes down for a while then stabilize for a while, when this happens many people will pull their book off the market and the supply will dry back up a bit. The longer the books are up for sale the more likely they will sell over time.

Ok I have to chime in on this movie hype stuff. I have seen movie hype (as many of you have) but I don't buy into this movie hype stuff for AF 15 NO WAY. Yes I understand there is a price bump in general but not this much and not like this for this particular book. I have read all about the various reasons why people are buying this book (investment, hedging against foreign currency deflation etc). There are many reasons that people buy books and movie hype is one potential reason in general I think. Buying AF 15 for movie hype is a bit much of a stretch which I do not buy into at all. AF 15 is simply a Holy book within the comic world that I agree with many has been undervalued for several years. Its not rare compared to Detective 27 or Action 1 but its popular and in high demand. Many people have waiting to buy into AF 15 for whatever reason and the price has finally come into play which has finally pushed buyers in and left others out. I know dealers are hoarding the books but they are not simply blowing them out the door, they are selling them to collectors in many cases and not investors. Marvel chipping or not its about owning a piece of history, Marvel chipping is not a disease that would scare people out of the market who were serious about buying the book. I have always bought books on eye appeal in relation to grade of books. Eye appeal adds significant value to books and CGC must have finally thought so as well. Some things don't need over analyzed especially this comic but this upcoming movie has little if any effect on this book. It was already priced too higher for some random collectors to push the price up with fake hype. Movies may have pricing factors in say New Mutants 98 but not this book No way.

This is interesting, I hope they include the breaking down of all of these. I was thinking the spiderman (Todd) went up to 98 that was part of the spiderman 200 and something issues for this thing. Who knows. I don't remember if I have Spectacular Spiderman V2 or not. I decided this morning that I will grab my boxes and reorganize all of the reboots in chronological order now it is making sense of things again. It will be much easier to organize these that way as opposed to how I had them previously.
