  1. Hello, your packing slip is what is emailed to you when you complete an online order form. You don't receive that with your shipping kit. The packing slip is what you send in to us with your books. It will list your book information, the services you selected, price, etc. Thanks!

  5. Good morning, Thanks for your message. If you have a book that is currently in a CGC holder with a Signature Series label, you can send that in for pressing and regrading. In order to maintain the SS label, it must come in to us still encapsulated in the holder. You would complete a new order form just as you would with any raw book. The only difference would be that when you enter your book information you will just enter the certification number and it will populate the book info for you.   8. Good morning, Thanks for your message. We are currently opening and entering mail that was received around 1-4-21. We haven't started opening mail from the dates above yet. As long as your tracking shows they were delivered then we have them. Once we open the package and log them into the system, you will receive an email letting you know and then you will be able to see them in your submission tracking. Thanks!
  9. I'm sorry no one has responded to your email. The free shipping kits would be only for new paid members. If you upgraded from one paid level to another that would not qualify. Also, if you had been a paid member in the past but your membership expired and you went back up to a paid membership, that would not qualify. As of October 6th, we no longer automatically ship the kits out. If you sign up for a new paid membership after that time, you would be emailed a promo code that you would use during checkout when you order the shipping kit.   11. Good morning, Thanks for your message. We couldn't really make any determinations without examining the book. Manufacturing errors in comic books are typically easily identified and known by our grading team. There may be a deduction, but how much would depend on the size and intensity of the error- along with the grade of the book otherwise. Thank you!

The largest size we can encapsulate in a Comic holder is: 10-1/2” tall 7-5/8” wide 1/4” thick So based on your measurement, it should fit if it is under 1/4" thick. We can go up to 1/2" think but that would require one of our magazine holders. The largest sizing for those would be: 11-1/2” tall 8-7/8” wide 1/2” thick Thanks!

Based on the pictures you sent, it looks like a reholder would be fine in this case. Reholders are $15 per book for books valued up to $10,000. You do need to be a paid member of our Collector's Society in order to submit directly to us.   18. Good morning, Thanks for your message. We do offer pre-screen for magazines. If you have at least 25 under the same grading tier then you can just hand write Pre-screen and the minimum grade on your packing slip and we will add that for you once it arrives. Thanks!

So, if you were not able to include one, we will just use one of ours. The only downside to that is that you don't get to determine where you want the window to be for the signature.
