Hello, just an update on this.  I did receive confirmation today from our Help Desk team that, unfortunately, the Update Credit Card option will not display on invoices here over 8 months and that have moved off of the main tracking page.  We are working on updating that but we don't have an estimated time frame on when that will be available. 

    If you do have invoices here older than 8 months and need to update the credit card info, please call or email us and we can take that information for you.

    Thank you for your message.   Invoices stay on the main Submission Tracking page for 8 months.  After that, you can locate the specific invoice information by entering the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page.  

    I do see your invoice is here and in process. Right now, Economy is running about 232 business days.  CGC Services & Fees | CGC (cgccomics.com)  It will be some time yet until your order is completed.  You will receive an email with the tracking number once that ships out.

    Thank you for your message.  Both books do state that the staples have been replaced.  However, on Red Seal Comics #20, it also states there is tape present on the bottom of the interior spine.  Tape cannot be present on conserved books so, in this case, that pushes the staple replacement from conserved to qualified.

    Thank you for your message.  I did check with with our Operations team and they did confirm that we do grade these books.  You won't find the book listed in our system, however, so when you are adding it you can either click the "can't find my book" option or use any Hulk book and then manually adjust it when you print out the packing slip.

    Yes, every book does go through quality control before being shipped.  However, that doesn't mean that errors will never happen.  Unfortunately, with the volume of books we are completing and shipping out, an occasional mistake may occur and be missed.  We are very sorry about that and will certainly correct any mistakes free of charge and expedite those back to the customer as quickly as possible.

    Thank you for your message.  Yes, the CGC Census is only going to reflect what we have graded here.  You'll find the total number of any particular book we have graded and then it will be further broken down into the specific grades and how many we have done of each of those grades. The Census does not provide general information about how many books were published/printed, unfortunately.  

    You could check with the publisher directly to see if they can provide those numbers for you.  I am not certain, however, if that is information that they will give out to the general public.

  14. Hi, thank you for your message.  The maximum size we can grade would be: 

    • 11-1/2” tall
    • 8-7/8” wide
    • 1/2” thick

    If the books in question are larger than any of these dimensions then, unfortunately, we would not be able to grade and encapsulate it.

    Thank you for your message.  We don't have paper applications any longer, unfortunately.  But if you do want to send a check or money order, you can do so, you would just need to provide your name, address, phone number, email address and the membership level you want as well as the company you want as your primary collecting interest (CGC).  You can just write this all on a piece of paper and include that with your payment and we can set that up for you here.  You can send that to the address below:

    Hi Justin,

    I checked that invoice and everything looks good.  The payment did go through for this invoice.  I was just finalized on the 28th and is making its way down to quality control and then on to shipping.  You'll receive an email with the tracking number once that ships out.  Thank you!
