  1. Are any facilitators going to be handling this show?
  2. Hi guys I have had a lot interest locally from people who want to get items signed and submitted to CGC for Mad Monster Party Phoenix 2018. I was able to make arrangements with Triston Pence to facilitate the show and Reptileking to be the witness. If you are interested in getting items signed and submitted contact them through private message. There is a huge Nightmare on Elm Street Reunion this year there. Mad Monster Party 2018 PHOENIX July 13th -July 15th
  3. Definitely right about a nothing comic other than being a good read it's main uses are toilet paper and cleaning glass windows. This is a perfect example of the ten of thousands of signatures on items that hold little to no value and items that make you shake your head. It would be like having Stan Lee sign a magazine that has Hugh Hefner is on the cover that came out after his death.
  4. Yeah but that is because people want to meet him not realizing they get two seconds with him. Once he passes away his signature won't be worth more than 30 in most cases.
  5. That video was a snapshot. We don't know what is going on, other than he had a bad day. He could be perfectly fine, but just came back from his bout with pneumonia too soon.
  6. I just did tell you because you are stating your opinion without all the facts.
  7. So just because the guy is 95 he can't do anything? Unless you have the full facts you should mind your own business and don't post on this matter. If based on the snapshot in time that you saw you are not going to get his autograph again that is fine and your choice and you can say that.
  8. How do you know he just wasn't having a bad day? That maybe he is back to normal now. Maybe he just needs limitations put on numbers he signed. How far into the signing was this? Did the person have permission to film him? You don't know what is going on other than you have a snapshot of a moment in time.
  9. Where is your proof? Unless you have proof don't take a side because you don't know the intentions of those making the accusations. What you do know the media is just looking for a story anywhere they can get one no matter who they hurt. So Stan is asking you to back off he doesn't know and can't understand why these vicious reports are coming out against his daughter and friends. Maybe disgruntled former employees who want a piece of his pie still.
  10. Accounts from whom disgruntled former employees who may have an agenda?
  11. I wouldn't pay anything above $50 of what tje comic is worth without Stan's sig. 150 is way too much to add to the value of the comic when his autograph value will drop like a fly after he passes away it is just too common
  12. Stan's daughter needs to be left out of our comments unless you have solid evidence.
  13. It was elder abuse 3 years ago when I stopped getting his autographs done in 2015 from what I saw was going on and a disservice to fans, but his health has gradually declined each year. The question is if Stan has mind dead set can his own crew stop him?
  14. You shouldn't make any accusations unless you have solid proof. I can say some fans had some negative interactions with Max, including Max saying Stan wants to buy your item when really Max wants to buy it himself. I've been in politics and the on the board of directors for conventions. What I can say is everything needs time to play out. Alot of things are happening right now alot of people formerly employed by Stan are releasing stories that we do not know if they are true or not. What are the intentions of his former employees? Are they truly concerned? Are they disgruntled and just went to make JC's life hell? Are they trying to figure a way to work themselves back in to get a piece of the pie? We don't know. What we do have going on is a smear campaign. I don't know JC except for the one time I bumped into her and she was extremely nice. What I do know is Stan has been doing the cattle type signing for awhile now and slowly during that time his health is getting worse. He can't see what he has signing for awhile maybe close to three years now that is evident by bad signature placements and he continues ti sign with dried out markers until someone points out to him. He clearly has a hard time hearing people now and for the past two years I have heard from facilitators that he falls asleep in the middle of signing an item. We do know that he just got done with a spell of pneumonia. What we don't know going on in the video is what were the circumstances going on to cause them to say his name and how to spell it. Did he just wake up? Just needed his memory jogged a bit. Is he still having some bad side effects from the pneumonia and he came back to soon because he is pigheaded and once he has his mind up he is doing something then he can't be talked out of it not even by his own daughter? Is what we saw the Stan Lee we can expect to see from now on after his fight with pneumonia? If that is the case then everyone including his crew learned for the first time that he can't handle that load anymore. Maybe they talk him into retiring because they don't want the bad press or maybe he can still handle doing shows, but his work load needs to be cut down to a limited number of photo ops and signatures. I know if the shows are still making him happy and giving him drive to live. No need to completely eliminate something that he truly loves if he still wants to do it for himself if limits are set and he truly wants to do it. Now if he doesn't want to do it anymore or is afraid if he continues to do this people will get hurt. Then he should eliminate it altogether. All I can say is there are plenty of people on this board who knows what is going on and many of them have just asked to limit his workload for the past three years.
  15. Hey if he wants to get Stan to sign an item he can. No need to discourage him. He can make his own decision from the articles he see
  16. Take the article with a grain of salt for now. All the accusations I read seem to come from disgruntled former employees who may or may not have an agenda. Yet it is clear thise people want to paint JC in a bad light because money is involved. We don't know the full story. What we do know his lines have been handled like this for some years now and his health has been slowly declining as each year goes by. He falls asleep in the middle of a signature, can't see what he is signing, and signs so fast most people don't get the experience they want. Its just now either this is the Stan we can expect to see from now on in that video or he is recovering from pneumonia still and it is still effecting him some. What we do know is that if the fighting over his estate was not happening right now we probably would never have seen this story. Which leaves it on the hands of showrunners now clearly stating hey we want Stan here we know he is a draw, but we can't continue to allow this treatment to go on so either you limit the number of signatures and photo ops to something he can more handle maybe 200 a day of each and you adjust yoir price higher so we can meet his autograph guarantee or we are not having him
  17. Thanks for the plug in for my new TV Series. In which my team of judges goes Nationwide to find the best burger in the Nation. My judges are Bill Murray, Kevin Smith, George Wendt, and Charles Barkley.
  18. How about stay in the thread already created for Silicon Valley Stan Lee by Celestial Comics, instead of giving us a brand new Stan Lee topic? I mean any time a person wants Stan they start a brand new topic instead of looking at already created threads. It's kind of annoying. By now he just needa his own category in Sig Series.
  19. The video was absolutely hilarious. You can tell they were just making up stuff and not knowing the process of how things went.
  20. Good Question. No I used Painter's tape to create a rectangular box on the record where I wanted her to sign, then removed the plastic wrap from the area I had sanctioned off for her signature. Then she signed the open area of the record cover where no plastic wrap was. Afterwards I removed the Painter's tape and the record is still sealed.
  21. Run into his vehicle with your vehicle. Agree to sell your vehicle to him, but with the stipulation of a CGC signature op. King will agree to that the last guy who hit him in his vehicle he bout that vehicle and went crazy destroying it and police were called in.
