I've got two raw copies. Probably an 8.0 and a 6.0. If I can remember I'll get some scans up!

Not too long ago he became my first ignored user! Nothing but drivel. *Ninja Edit - I picked up the TPB when it came out and then went and got 7-9 from the LCS the next day. This is a great series and coming from having previously only read super hero comics I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I'm looking forward to #10 and on!

What service are you planning to use? FT is usually close to on schedule but you'll have conventions to work against so probably mid-March I'd expect? If you don't FT them you could probably start looking for them around July.

Moderns arrived today The Value Tiers are now waiting for encapsulation. So much for shipping out end of January. I was told about 3 weeks.

Had my order for #3s cancelled. So much for getting a few copies for cover

#3 and #2 2nd print are just gone! I'm wishing I had gotten a #2 2nd print because it's a pretty cool cover

The #3 I got in store today has what appears to be a lot of ink transfer on the back cover. I'm not sure if it would clean up or not but I got it to read so I'm not overly concerned. It was also the only one they had!

I got the only remaining copy at the LCS today and I mentioned to him that he should consider ordering more. He still has a very beat #1 on the shelf but that is all that's left in that place!

I managed to get 10 copies of #3 online this morning but now the site isn't showing anything but #2 2nd print. They went fast!

Now if only #3 could be found in the wild. Seems they were gone before release!

I can appreciate the point you're making and certainly understand it. I don't see a whole lot of people being that accommodating so I've always just completed my deals. I don't know anything about the law side of things but I could see there being something about lost or delayed revenue factoring in as expense?

Your entire post was very well written Sky but I felt this part in particular was important to focus on. I've mentioned it before and I'll say it again that on multiple occasions in an attempt to be sure I get even one copy of a book; I've ended up with multiples. I never once thought about telling Seller B that I no longer wanted the book(s) from them and I've simply completed the transaction as agreed upon. I imagine I could have tried to return it after getting them but then both the seller and myself are out the costs of shipping and going back to your post - adults do what they say they will do. This goes beyond completing transactions on an online comic enthusiast forum.

I suppose this means I should be glad my spares of the NYCC and Detroit variants didn't sell for $20? I'll be interested to see where this goes. I've got several copies of various #1s and a few #2s stashed away.

Just picked up a 1 1st, 1 2nd, and 2 1st. Total was $25 with shipping so I think I did alright. I'll be interested to see where this one goes

I bought a 9.8 #271 for ~ $25; 6 months later I sold it for $350 buy it now same day as I listed it. Unreal that someone would pay that. People are That right there really makes me consider selling my 9.8

They may balance out after the fact, but if you can get in on something before the rush you are in a position to make a fair bit of money, if you can unload it before that balance. Hulk 271 comes to mind as a perfect example. Close to $200 for a 9.8 now. I think raw NM ones were going for about $10
