  1. As Nick stated: After the SC ruling, most states passed laws with the $100K limit, while some also made it transaction based, so for example North Carolina has a limit of $100K or 200 transactions. So it very well could be that the stores you are purchasing from are not hitting the state limits for collecting the tax and paying it directly to the state for you. Psy
  2. This is what I see when it happens: I was logged in just fine earlier today and then when I went to refresh the page I received this: Clicking on the Sign In takes me to this: I have to close out the top box for the newsletter, and I can either click on the chat boards and then the sign in button, or I can click on the sign in button on this page which will take me to the login screen, enter my username, password and select the remember me box. I then have to select the chat boards if I try to login from this screen. Doing this will keep me logged in for roughly 7 days. I expect to be logged back out about this time next Thursday. I don't access the site from a phone or tablet, and it is being accessed through a web browser on my computer. Psy
  3. I normally have to log back in every 7 days, even with the remember me checked on my desktop computer. Psy
  4. I do this when I'm looking for a certain issue. For example, at Heroes Con this year I was looking for a X-Men #6 and asked at the various booths. Only a few dealers had one, and I ended up buying the one, but the one that I bought was at the last booth that I checked. When talking to the dealer, I will normally say I need to think about it and that I'm going to continue to look around and if they sell it before I return, it is my loss, but I rarely will buy anything without first window shopping the other booths. Even if I'm really interested in the book, I never ask anyone to hold a book for me, since I don't feel like it is fair to them, if I come back and say I'm not interested. Psy
  5. I don't see it ending until both sides realize they won't get what they want and both sides start to move to the middle. Psy
  6. Watched it over the weekend on HBO and I'm glad I didn't see it at the theater or buy it on disc. I wasn't sure what to expect and tried to keep an open mind, but it just didn't grab me. Hard to put my finger on why, but I kept wanting to change the channel on go back to a college football game instead of watching it. I did like seeing Michael Keaton as Batman though. Psy
  7. This is me, I've enjoyed the first two episodes so far, and I've never watched TCW/Rebels. I have been lost at times since I never saw TCW/Rebels, since I don't know any of the backstory, but I still don't have a desire to go back and see TCW/Rebels. The animation style is just not to my taste. Psy
  8. I didn't really get a chance to browse like I would normally do at the show, since I had the wife and grandson with me, but when trying to find and inquire about the X-Men #6, the pricing on the 5 copies that I found ran from overpriced (in my opinion) for the two low grade copies that I saw at two different booths to what I would call priced fairly. Dale had two of the nicest (higher grade and visual appealing) copies that I saw and both I felt were priced right for the grade that they were in. They were just more than I was willing to spend at the time or I would have bought the ungraded copy. I did end up picking up X-Men #67 from Dale to continue my buying something from his booth each show. The one that I ended up buying was not as nice as the copies that Dale had, but more in the price range that I was looking to spend and still in the condition range that I was looking for and visual appealing. I feel that the people who did well had books priced about right and those were the booths that I saw people digging through boxes and buying stuff. Psy
  9. Best guess is that was early Saturday shortly after it opened. We were there from about 10:45 to 2pm and there were more people there than that picture shows. The one good thing is that since they have started to use the whole hall area, the booths are spaced pretty well so that if people are digging through boxes on both sides of an aisle, people can still get by. Though there were a few spots that we had to wait for the people to move before we could continue to walk down that aisle. Psy.
  10. I was only able to go on Saturday and had the wife and our middle grandson with us this year, so I didn't have a whole lot of time to browse and look for books that I needed to finish off runs. I was able to pick up an X-Men #6 and #67, which was my minimum goal while at the show, so I'm now down to 13 books to complete my run of X-Men 1 to 400. The #1 when I bite the bullet will be the painful one on my pocketbook, but the other 12 are all in the 70's and 80's, so those won't be too bad. Looking forward to next year and hopefully having more time to look for what I want Psy
  11. I'm also just holding, though I might try and nibble some at the current price. I feel that the combination of what has happened over the last 3 years has caused the stock to go from overpriced based on Disney+ Streaming numbers that inflated fast due to the lockdowns to somewhat undervalued when it gets below $100 share price. Since 2009 the PE ratio has been anywhere from 10 to 283 (back in 2021) and the I agree that based on current numbers the PE is higher than I would like, but some of the drag on earnings in my opinion is that the media side hasn't performed as well has it has previously and they expanded Disney+ faster than expected. I agree with this, that people seem to forget the tourism side of Disney. If you compare the park side numbers between Q2 2019 (year before lockdowns) and Q2 2023, the park side numbers have increased by around 1.6billion in revenue. My concern is that at some point they will start to price people out of going to the parks. I don't mind doing a Disneyland day when we visit family in Southern California, but I would rather do a Disney cruise before going down to Disney World, since they both would cost similar for 7 days and I feel that the cruise would be so much more relaxing to me. I was just pointing out what was on a CNBC article that I read. From my understanding is that Disney+ has one of the lower ARPU of the major streaming services and that everything that I read, showed that ARPU from India has always been a drag on the number. I figured that with the price increases and them raising the price later this year will cause more people in NA to drop the service. My hope is that at some point they find a good balance between everything so that the service is not a drag on the rest of the company. Psy
  12. Investors still seem to be focused on the streaming side of Disney, the Parks and other parts did just fine. Disney+ going down to 157+ million subscribers is what they are all focusing on, even though most of those were in India where the average ARPU was 60 cents, and by losing those customers, the overage ARPU for Disney+ increased to $7.14 for the latest quarter, compared to $5.95 the previous quarter. Yes it is getting hammered today, which I think is an overreaction. Psy
  13. I've never had an issue with gas left in my lawnmower over the winter. I normally stop mowing in October and the mower will get started again in March. Any gas left in the tank has always started it up within 2 pulls. I've also never used fuel stabilizer, but I do run premium so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not. Psy
  14. Watched it over the weekend and thought it was ok. I'm glad that I didn't go to the movie theatre to see it. Psy
  15. I use CLZ, but only for tracking what I have in my collection. I don't track collection value. Psy
