Yeah the EFT and also MFT are way behind stated TATs on the 3 subs I have. The EFT should have shipped yesterday and is still sitting in SFG. My two MFT are weeks behind stated TATs.

I had two orders of ME turned right around and overnighted door to door was like 7 days. Really a quick easy process.

Not just you, probably a connection issue with shipping sites.

Yes I have the same issue with one of my MFT. Two weeks past stated TAT and no movement.

Ok so this is interesting has anyone else seen this? I received two MFT orders just now a total of 17 books. All 17 have the Yellow SS labels but these are not Signature series books. All the labels are correct and do not list any signing information. WTH? I have also verified the certification numbers and they don't show as SS. @CGC Mike do you have any insight. I have a few examples below.

Yeah I have the two MFT below that went GEI the day they were received and haven't moved since. Both are past the current advertised TAT.

Anyone else have any MFT subs that are past the posted TAT of 31 days? These went to G/E/I on the days they were received.

I saw that they are opening packages the week of 2/21. I have one showing delivered to their post office 2/11 that has not been checked in yet.

I think that's giving CGG way too much credit.

That is correct. I can confirm I had books in my cart got distracted and went back an hour later to "check out" and one of the books was gone and sold on the site.

Just to add some good news to the thread. My missing MFT submission that was delivered last April was located and went to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging on 1/18/2022 and Grading/QC today.

So when do we see the touted impact of the new hiring/facilities/submission form kick in and reflect in a lower TAT? I am assuming the next celebration will again be they have opened all boxes received and not that the TAT is significantly lower.
