what does this mean? I think it's about the argument over what constitutes a 1st appearance and what should the hobby value more in the variations that people have come up with. Thor 411 is the more important New Warriors book to some and 412 to others. Sweet Juggernaut cover vs. sweet green cover with washed up heroes. Thor 411 I like them both! My problem is I can never find either of those locally whatsoever..... . For a long time I've been searching for copies on the cheap in my area and they don't exist. No copies period, actually. "No more mutants and copies of Thor 411 and Thor 412 in the greater Orlando area."

Like you wouldn't throw those up on eBay

Apparently, on 21 of them yet "there are a ton" out there. ? my question is does CGC require a "bone white" cover for them to give it a 9.8? there are a ton of FP 1s out there. 9.8s I have no idea. frankly, i don't know how any book survives 45+ years and is still a 9.8. and my "ton of" comment was directed toward someone talking about the recent sale of a 9.0. there are a "ton of" FP 1s in 9.0 or better, whether certified or not. There are plenty of 9.8's that don't have super white covers. I'd say it is much tougher to find one with shockingly white cover stock. This applies to any FP 1, not just 9.8's. That's because FP1 has an off-white cover, not stark-white.
