    Leave it alone, you could probably clean the back...but some of the spine tics it has will keep the grade where it is...congrats on the comic book.

    I agree with your grade of 7.5 if pressed and dry cleaned...will look nicer. maybe a 7.0 as is.

    4.5 if cleaned up. CGC has given water damaged books with tears/ and missing pieces of front cover up to this. Looks okay inside that helps.
