    Perhaps I'm in the minority but a customer should not have to jump through hoops due to a company's neglect. The expectation should be receiving a quality (or non-damaged) product -- not lining up vacations, contacting customer service, contacting them again when you're back home, because if something does happen the company doesn't stand behind it's product for longer than 2 weeks.

    According to some two weeks is more than enough time; you should be lucky you get 14 days. How dare you leave your house when you know a shoddy CGC product is en-route.

    I second all of this. I picked up a pulp at Windy City that was interesting and put it back in the box. I came back the next morning (basically only a few hours of "show time" since I put it down) and it was gone. Same exact thing happened last year at Windy City; I didn't learn my lesson.

    Anyone else having issues with eBay the past few days? I'll look up a comic then go to SOLD and it will say 0 items found. I then switch to COMPLETED and see a mix of sold and unsold items. Now, depending on what I look up, even the COMPLETED filter doesn't work properly. Example: American Splendor 1 0 completed listings Then switch to Terapeak:
