About Me

I had fun collecting pretty much since childhood!  I'm now winding down my collection after making a terrible decision with my FF1 CGC 3.0 SS Stan.  I decided that I wanted to upgrade it to a 4.0 so while hunting for that book, I was able to sell my 3.0.  Two weeks later, the price broke through the glass ceiling and more than tripled in price.  So just to get my original FF1 CGC 3.0 back, I would have had to pay $12K which I wasn't willing to do, sadly.  I'm holding onto my FF5 and 48, though.  Gotta have some remnant of my FF collection.  I was getting very close to completing the run, too.  Grrr!!

This led me to my decision to just collect Marvel Team-Up ('72) run (plus annuals and MTIO 17 cross over) in 9.8 white condition and call it a day.  After all, Marvel Team-Up 34 was the book that brought me into this love of comics so I felt that I would come full circle and finish it with the best quality MTU collection I could find.
